Arkadiy is the founder and owner of ARA Capital, a private investment entity whose assets include Zoltav Resources PLC, which is traded on the London Stock Exchange under the symbol ZOL. He also purchased a 26 percent interest in Crosby Asset Management through ARA Capital.
