Clifford took it upon herself to explain to her followers on Facebook that she had fibroid tumors growing inside her. She also explained that many middle-aged women have fibroids growing inside them but were not aware of it.
She added that due to her health status, she will just take a break from WXYZ instead of leaving for good. On March 19, Dr. Nishan Chobanian of Providence Park Hospital carried out an operation on her.
