Duncan started her broadcasting career in 2003 as an entertainment journalist for the former Atlanta sports radio station 790 The Zone. In 2005, she started a seven-year stint as a talk show host with Atlanta hip-hop station V103, where she hosted a popular program.
In May 2016, she began working for ESPN as an anchor for SportsCenter, the network’s defining news and information show. She switched to the 6 p.m. show with Kevin Negandhi in March 2021.
