His main roles were to Develop customized training sessions with the intention of maximizing player development in accordance with season-long goals, Enhancing player motor skill development, technique, and skill development, and Educating players on individual tactics, group tactics, and team tactics.
Sharp joined New York Red Bulls in August 2017 where he served as the Performance Analyst and left in February 2021 to join Toronto FC as the Assistant Coach and left in November. He immediately joined Lokomotiv Moscow in Russia for two months until December 2021 when he was appointed as the Assistant Coach and Analyst for Manchester United.
