Hayden Dubose Proctor is the daughter of Ainsley Earhardt and former starting quarterback William Proctor. She is the granddaughter of Lewie Wayne Earhardt, Dale Earhardt, Rick Proctor, and Karen Proctor.

William Proctor
William Proctor is a former starting quarterback for the Clemson Tigers of the Atlantic Coast Conference in NCAA Division I-A, as well as the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League. He was a student at Trinity Preparatory School.
As a third-string quarterback at Clemson in 2003, he appeared in four games at wide receiver. Until the 2006–2007 season, he was Charlie Whitehurst’s backup. In his first start at Clemson, he totaled 232 yards against the Duke Blue Devils in 2005. Proctor completed 60% of his passes during the regular season in 2006-2007.
Proctor was a backup quarterback for the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League during the 2007 season before being released during the 2008 preseason. In October of 2008, he was signed by the Calgary Stampeders.
Proctor appeared in one regular-season game and both playoff games for the Stamps in 2008. In 2008, he won the Grey Cup with the Stampeders. Stampeders head coach/general manager John Hufnagel announced Proctor’s retirement from football in June 2009.

Earhardt and William Proctor got married in October 2012. Ainsley later claimed that Proctor was unfaithful which led to their separation. William filed for divorce on October 10, 2018, which was finalized in 2019.
Ainsley was previously married to Kevin McKinney in April 2005 and ended in divorce in 2009.
