His abundance of expertise from multiple firms, as well as his further education, assisted in preparing the investment banker to launch his own company, Stockton Road Capital. His other professional activities include being the president of Lenny& Larry’s LLC. Rhodes is also a managing partner at Hummingbird Brands.

Rhodes’ wife Natalie Morales is an American journalist She presently co-hosts and moderates the CBS Daytime talk show The Talk since November 2021. Before joining CBS, Morales was the West Coast anchor of Today and featured on Dateline NBC and NBC Nightly News for NBC News.

Morales announced that she was leaving NBC News after working at the station for over 20 years. She then joined CBS News and became the shot and moderated of The Talk show.
