Who is Juju Chang?

Juju Chang is an American television journalist. She works as the anchor of Nightline. She has previously worked on Nightline as a backup anchor and special correspondent.

Additionally, Juju was the news anchor for Good Morning America (GMA) which airs on ABC News. She held this position for three years;  from 2009 to 2011.

Upon joining GMA in December 2009, Chang made history as the first Korean American to hold a high role on a U.S. morning news television program. Nowadays, she does more than her job as a news anchor. She also contributes news segments and stories to the program.

Chang returned to ABC News in 1996 after spending a year at KGO-TV, when he accepted to work as a correspondent for the ABC affiliate news service NewsOne in Washington, D.C. She reported on the White House, Congress Hill, and the 1996 presidential election while working at NewsOne.

When she returned to World News Tonight in 1998, she covered issues like Hurricane George, the commemoration of the Chornobyl nuclear accident, and the bombings of the US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania.

She presented World News Now, an overnight news program, and World News This Morning in 1999, where she reported on local, state, and federal news. These were her first responsibilities as a news anchor.

Chang has made numerous reports for ABC News’ 20/20, including one from 2009 about the illegal market for albino body parts in Tanzania.

She has continued to report for ABC’s Nightline, where she has covered a wide range of subjects, such as the in vitro fertilization industry and the Heparin tainting case, and she has served as host of the program’s feature, “Face-Off.” Since moving to GMA, she has provided reporting on significant news events.
