She spent three years as a reporter and anchor at KTNV-TV prior to joining KING 5. Currently, KING 5 streams 46 hours of locally produced news programs on a weekly basis (seven hours on weekdays, six hours on Saturdays, and five hours on Sundays).
This contributes to the station’s shift away from syndicated programming and toward its own news programs and local programming, which places KING-TV among the stations in the US that adopt a similar approach. Initially, KING-TV was broadcasting 3 and a half hours of syndicated content untill September 2013.
