However, he met his future wife, Hande Bayar in 2016. Bayar is a graphic designer by profession and he works as a television premier. Greenberg said; “I didn’t know what love was until I met Hande.” The couple exchanged vows in Central Park in July 2016.

Greenberg has been a firefighter for the last five decades. He reacts to roughly 50 warnings a year, some of which are true and some of which are false. He has become a true member of the community and he still belongs to the same coed fraternity.

What Happened To Peter Greenberg?
A hole in Peter’s stomach that he was unaware of grew larger and became life-threatening in September 2017. When he arrived at Mount Sinai, he texted Hande, whom he had recently started dating and with whom he was planning to go out that night, to let her know he wouldn’t be able to make it.
He also gave his sister’s phone number to the hospital. He woke up three days later with 15 tubes everywhere in the I.C.U. His sister and Hande were the two people who remained by his side at all times.
He said; “Our relationship grew from there. It was a difficult moment in life that led to a moment of life change. And when it came to marriage, “never” became “when.”
