According to sources, Julia and Silvio are in a disagreement because Silvio wants to sell the company to pay off his debts and venture into a new business which Julia does not agree with.
Julia claims that she has worked hard to build the company to where it is now. In court documents, Julia hits back against her ‘wrongful’ termination, claims Scaglia called her the ‘best CEO they had ever had.
