Who is the SK boy group TXT?

TXT or Tomorrow X Together is a South Korean boy band under Bighit Music. The boy group consists of five members namely Soobin, Beomgyu, Yeonjun, Taehyun, and HueningKai.

Tomorrow X Together has received great success since their debut in March 2019. The Dream Chapter: Star, the debut EP of TXT, debuted and reached number one on both the Gaon Album Chart and Billboard World Albums Chart.

It also entered the US Billboard 200 at number 140, making it the highest-charting debut album by any male K-pop group at the time.

The lead single “Crown” achieved a number-one spot on the Billboard World Digital Songs chart. Additionally, the group topped the Billboard Emerging Artists chart. They made history as the first Korean act to perform and headline at one of the biggest music festivals in the US, Lollapalooza.

Their songs Sugar Rush Ride, Crown, Good Boy Gone Bad, and I Wanna Be a Rock have received positive reviews from their fans. They also released their first collaboration Do It Like That with the Jonas Brothers.

Debut Days

TXT is the second group to debut in Big Hit Music after the successful BTS. Back in 2017, Bang Si-hyuk, the founder of Big Hit Entertainment, announced plans for a second boy group.

In November 2018, a debut date for early 2019 was set. On January 10, 2019, TXT was officially revealed. Over the following ten days, “introduction films” showcasing each member were released on YouTube.
