FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Round of 16

After all the group stage games are over, we will now get to the round of 16, also known as the elimination round where if one loses the match, there is no home and away match to redeem your results. Once your country looses a match, they are eliminated automatically.

On Saturday, the 3rd of December, the winner of Group A will face off with the team that will finish second in Group B. Group A teams are Ecuador, Netherlands, Senegal, and Qatar while Group B teams are England, Iran, United States, and Wales.

That same day, the second game will be between the winner of Group C will face off with the team that will finish second in Group D. Group C teams are Argentina, Mexico, Poland, and Saudi Arabia while Group D teams are Australia, Denmark, France, and Tunisia.

On Sunday, the 4th of December, The first match will be between the winner of Group D against the team that will finish second in Group C. The second match will be between the winner of Group B and the team that will finish second in Group A.

On Monday, the 5th of December, the first game will be between the winner of Group E against the team that will finish second in Group F. The second match will be between the team that will finish top in Group G against the team that will finish second in Group H.

Group E teams are Germany, Japan, Spain, and Costa Rica while Group F teams are Morocco, Croatia, Belgium, and Canada.

On Tuesday, the 6th of December 2022, The first match will be between the winners of Group F versus the the team that will finish second in Group E and the second match will be between the winners of Group H versus the team that will finish second in Group G.

 Group G teams are Switzerland, Cameroon, Brazil, and Serbia while Group H teams are Uruguay, Korea Republic, Portugal, and Ghana.
