Wu-Tang: An American Saga follows the real life of the Wu-Tang Clan members back in the 1990s during the crack cocaine epidemic in New York City.
Bobby Diggs aka The RZA who was the leader of the Wu-Tang Clan sees the dangers of the rise of cocaine usage and turns to music to escape the epidemic.
His move is not liked by his brother Mitchell “Divine” Diggs who believes the drug business is their way out of poverty.
The narrative shows how the clan came to be as Diggs brings together a group of twelve young black men who are divided between music and crime.
The group fights against the forces holding them back, including their infrequent urge to give up the struggle.
