Lydia began working for NEWS10 in September 2009 after nearly ten years of broadcasting in the Capital Region. She participated in the Best Newscast of the Time, as determined by the New York State Broadcaster’s Association.

She has also reported on various national political conventions and flown with both the United States Navy Blue Angels and the United States Air Force Thunderbirds, piloting an F-16 herself.
