Who are the 2022 cast of Dancing On Ice, Host, Judges
Dancing On Ice series has announced that it will air its 20th season on Sunday, January 16 at 6.30 pm while unveiling its new batch of celebrities. Among them is Love Island cast Liberty Poole, Rugby star Ben Foden, Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt, pop star Rachel Stevens, professional dancer Brendan Cole and The Vamps’ Connor Ball.
Hosts and Judges
The hosts of Dancing on Ice 2022 are Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby. Judges for the show include Christopher Dean, Jayne Torvill and Ashley Banjo. John Barrowman was announced that he wornt be returning as a judge for the next season. He was replaced by Oti Mabuse who is a Strictly Come Dancing.

Ria Hebden
Ria Hebden is a 38 year old entertainment presenter. She joined the series on its 14th season. She was very excited about joining the show. She said that “You’ve got to say yes to things that excite you, that are a little bit scary because that’s when the growth happens – I’m hoping so anyway!”
Sally Dynevor
Sally is a 58 year old actress well known for staring in the film Coronation Street. was announced as the first celebrity to take part on Dancing on Ice 2022. About skating on ice, Sally said;
“No never! I went with Hattie [her daughter] when she was little and I had a penguin and then thought this is too hard so I’ll go and get a coffee!”
She added: “This is a massive challenge, Lorraine. It really, really is. I’m not getting any younger, I’ve just got to take every opportunity I get so that when I’m old I can say you know what? I gave it a go.”
Kye Whyte
Whyte is a 22-year-old Olympic BMX rider. He joined the series n its 14th season. He admitted that he was excited to join the show. Asked if he had ever skated, he said, “I have [rollerskated] when I was younger so we’ll see how it goes.”
Connor Ball
Connor Ball is a 25-year-old Bass guitarist and singer. He is known for being part of the band The Vamps where he is a bassist. He will be paired with Alexandra Schauman.
Rachel Stevens
Stevens is a 43-year-old Former S Club 7 singer. Asked about skating on ice before, Rachel stated that “Only with the Penguin with my kids – you know, every Christmas. I did it when I was 10 [years old] and dabbled in it for a little bit and I really loved it but I’m very wobbly.”
Regangas Coigne
Coigne is a 25 year old English dancer. He is the son of English footballer Paul Gascoigne. Talking about dancing on ice, Coigne said, “Obviously I dance and love dancing but it’s the skill of this. I’ve always wanted to do it. Always! Ever since I was a kid!”. He will be paired with Katrina Manta.
Liberty Poole
Poole is a 21 year old model and reality television star. She is populary known for being a conestants on the Love Island dating series. About her skating on ice, Liberty said,
“I ice skate as a hobby sometimes so I can get around the rink but I can’t do any tricks, no pirouetting or anything so I’m really looking forward to pushing myself and learning as much as I possibly can. Not just skating around the ice but actually dancing on ice. Bring it on!”
She is paired with Joe Johnson.
Brendan Cole
Cole is a 45-year-old professional dancer. He is a former strictly dancer. He will be pared with Vanessa Bauer. About his ice skating experience, Cole said;
“I’ve had one go. I’m a fairly confident person and I like to think I’m going to be good at what I put my hand to or my feet too! I was thinking okay I’m going to be fine, I’m going to be out there and I was terrible. I was a bit wobbly. You can expect to be a bit wobbly on ice but I was hoping I was going to be better than I was. I’ve got time to learn. I’m just going to embrace the whole experience and I’m very excited to get started.”
Stef Reid
Reid is a 36 year old Paralympic athlete. She was the third celebrity to be confirmed for the Dancing on Ice 2022 line-up. On her new signing, she said;
“I’m going to be picking up a new sport this winter and it comes with a little bit of showbiz. I’m going to be a contestant on Dancing on Ice and it’s a little bit scary but I cannot wait!”
Bez
Bez is a 58 years old media personality and musician. He was exited to be part of the lineup on the series’ 14th season. He said;
“At the moment it’s more like Bambi on Ice, not Dancing On Ice. How I got picked I don’t know because I was absolutely awful at the audition but they must have seen some potential in me!” he said.
“I’m looking forward to learning a new skill and I can’t wait for the Christmas ice rinks again and I can get on there and really show off.”

Ben Foden
Foden is a 36 year old rugby player. About skating and dancing on ice, the rugby player mentioned that,
“I used to skate a little when I was a kid. I’d go to ice discos when I was 15, 16 years old and you’d always see these kids that could do pirouettes that had a proper dancing background. I like the idea of learning a new sport and a new skill,” he said of his new signing.
“I’m quite competitive as well so I like the challenge of competing against others doing something that I’m not necessarily good at!”
Kimberly Wyatt
Kimberly Wyatt is a 39-year-old actress. She rose to fame as a member of the Pussycat Dolls, and she also performs as part of a dance duo called Her Majesty & the Wolves with Spencer Nezey. She has also participated in other reality shows such as Celebrity MasterChef where she became the winner in 2015 and was a judge at Sky1 dance competition Got to Dance.
