Capps is set to marry her fiance Chris David Shurtleff on August 21st, 2021. They have been dating for quite some time as she posted their first picture together in 2018.
Chris and Kylie met in 2013 during their freshman year. They briefly interacted but lost touch until 2016 when they met again at a BYX concert event. They became best of friends after going on a ski trip in January 2017. After they graduated from OU in 2017 May, they had to part ways and live in different cities due to their careers.
Kylie moved to Waco while Chris moved to Houston. They kept their relationship alive with numerous texts and Facetime. In 2018, Chris professed to Kylie his love for her and desire for her to be his girlfriend. At that time Kylie had landed a job in Dallas and did a long-distance relationship for close to a year.
In October 2019, Chris found a job in Dallas and that means they finally lived in the same city. Chris proposed to Kylie on January 4, 2021. And the rest is history.
