Who is Maralee Nichols?

Maralee Nichols is an American national who came to the limelight after she allegedly filed a lawsuit against Tristan Thompson. Tristan who is well known as the father to Khloe Kardashian’s daughter True Thompson and Jordan Craig’s Son Prince Thompson has been in a number of cases of infidelity and fathering children since her relationship with Khloe Kardashian.

Nichols claimed that she and Tristan Thompson began seeing each other 5 months before his 30th birthday. Their affair included traveling to California on numerous occasions, and the intimate encounters continued after she got pregnant. All this happened while Tristan was in a relationship with Khloe.

After she got pregnant, Tristan encouraged her to have an abortion but she went on to carry on with the pregnancy. Nichols went on to file a lawsuit on child support despite the baby not being born. She wants compensation for all the resources she spent while pregnant.

In court documents via her attorney, she claims ‘  “It is also apparent from the context and substance of these communications that they are from Tristan to Maralee, which reflects that Tristan is addressing the parties’ relationship, and even with respect to her pregnancy insisting that she get an abortion and threatening that she will get next to nothing with lesser support requirements in Texas.”

However, Tristan denied sending the message even though the contact information is available in the messages. According to the paternity lawsuit, Tristan did not deny having sexual encounters with Nichols. In fact, after they attended a party together, he admitted to having sex with her several times in a hotel.

Thompson, on the other hand, has a defense. He claims this was the ONLY time he was intimate with the personal trainer, but her attorneys claim the affair began at least “five months” before his 30th birthday.

Khloe Kardashian has since remained quiet after the allegations broke out. She maybe is used to it as Tristan has been accused of being with multiple women quite a number of times. Their relationship is said to be well as they are now co-parenting to raise their daughter True.

Nichols is reportedly pregnant with Tristan Thomson’s third child. Tristan has two children True Thompson with Khloe Kardashian and Prince Thompson with Jordan Craig. It is not clear if Nichols has any other children.

Days later, Tristan filed an emergency gag order request on Monday, in an attempt to prevent his alleged baby mama, Maralee Nichols, from taking their paternity suit even more public than it already is.

The NBA star filed the request in Harris County, Texas — just three days after news of the lawsuit went public.
