Scott works as a correspondent and reporter. She reported from Georgia on the historic Senate runoff elections between Sen. Jon Ossoff and former Sen. David Perdue, along with Sen. Raphael Warnock and former Sen. Kelly Loeffler.
Scott also covered the exceptional revolt on Capitol Hill in Washington in early January 2021. She reported on the discrepancy in some law enforcement responses to the mob at the Capitol compared to the notably more violent reactions to the Black Lives Matter protests in the summer of 2020.
During the 2020 presidential campaign, Scott traveled in different cities to cover both Trump’s campaign and Democratic Party primaries.
She also interviewed Senator Bernie Sanders and surrogate Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for a joint network exclusive sit-down in Iowa in November 2019.
