On January 13, 2003, Cellini took over Peter Kessler’s role as host of Golf Talk, marking his official debut with The Golf Channel. Golfer Arnold Palmer, who co-founded The Golf Channel with Joseph Gibbs in 1995, was the first person Cellini interviewed that evening.
Aside from hosting “Top Shelf Wednesday,” a two-and-a-half-hour primetime package of programs, Cellini also anchors Golf Central, the network’s premier news program.
With the launch of the third season of The Big Break, The Big Break III: Ladies Only, in February 2005, Cellini and Stephanie Sparks, a fellow employee on the Golf Channel, started anchoring the network’s reality competition series The Big Break.
They also served as hosts for The Big Break IV: USA vs. Europe, which aired in the fall of 2005. On February 7, 2006, The Big Break V: Hawaii, a second “ladies only” episode, had Cellini and Sparks as hosts once again.
