Who is Cathy Duplantis?
Cathy Duplantis is a Christian preacher and role model to many women. She is a professional television host and editor-in-chief of Voice of the Covenant magazine. Cathy and her husband have worked in their ministry since 1978 and they have inspired many generations.
Like many other preachers, Cathy is a popular guest speaker at church gatherings and women’s conferences because she inspires and uplifts her audience with her life stories and spiritual insights. Alongside Jesse, she still preaches the gospel in churches around the nation.
Cathy and Jesse co-founded the Covenant Church in New Orleans many years ago and they have not only helped the church members over the years but also the local community.

Who is Cathy Duplantis’s Husband, Jesse?
Cathy’s husband, Jesse Duplantis is a preacher just like her and she happens to be the founder of Jesse Duplantis Ministries. Many people have described him as a preacher of the prosperity gospel. Cathy and her husband married on June 6, 1970.
They have been together in marriage for a record 53 years as of 2023. They are blessed with a beautiful daughter named Jodi Duplantis. Jodi is also enjoying her marriage life with her lovely husband, Ed Walker.

Does Cathy Duplantis’ Husband Have a Private Jet?
According to a May 2018 story by national news media, Jesse had requested contributions from followers in order to purchase a $54 million Dassault Falcon 7X.
By 2006, according to Jesse, his ministry, Jesse Duplantis Ministries, had already made payments for three private jets, which he was using by “just burning them up for the Lord Jesus Christ.”
He justified his decision by stating: “I firmly believe that Jesus wouldn’t be riding a donkey if he was in this modern era, just take your time and think about it. Preachers all over the world are on their cars and planes and they need them to spread the gospel in this modern generation.”
He continued by saying; “If Jesus was here today, he’d be spreading the gospel all over the world by use of planes and websites that can reach anyone globally.” He went on to post a statement on his website saying, “I’m not asking you to pay for my plane, I’m asking you to pray for my plane”.
Consequently, for over a decade, Duplantis has been under scrutiny by The Trinity Foundation (Dallas), a Christian watchdog organization.
According to Ole Anthony, the president of the organization, everyone in St. Charles Parish is essentially “helping to pay for Duplantis’ extravagant lifestyle” due to his tax exemption.
