Sarcos launched his television career in 1994 by serving as host of the Latino variety program Frecuencia Latina on Venezolana de Televisión. Venevisión hired him in 1996 to present the Mega Match Sensacional, a brand-new section of the variety program Sper Sábado Sensacional.
Sarcos took over as the show’s principal host in January 1997, and he was succeeded by Leonardo Villalobos in 2010. In addition, he began appearing in La Guerra De Los Sexos in 2000, a different episode of Super Saturday Sensational that he co-hosted with Viviana Gibelli until his departure in 2009.
In 2006, he appeared in the Dominican film Un Macho De Mujer. El Gran Navegante, which aired from 2007 to 2008, was later hosted by him. After leaving Super Saturday Sensational, he hosted El Familión Nestlé: Trato Hecho, an episode of the Nestlé-sponsored Deal or No Deal that airs on Ecuavisa.
